We split BOOM into the following sessions:

Your MVP Mantra – defining your problem and imagining your solution. We create your elevator pitch, so everyone in your business understands why this is important.

User persona – your user on a page – their knowledge needs, their frustrations, their search behaviour, their survival techniques

Asset 3@2x

Map your use case – what is the business process or customer journey we are focused on, and how will knowledge be orchestrated to create a better experience?

Asset 4@2x

Content scan – reviewing knowledge that supports your use case, identifying intent, and rating its quality and complexity

Asset 5@2x

Tech talk – understanding the channels your knowledge will be delivered to. Configuration, restrictions (screen real estate size, citrix, connectivity)

Where do we go from there?

After our BOOM workshop we need a few days to gather our thoughts, but don’t worry we will be back the next week to present a plan to implement your MVP.

This is a one-hour session and will cover:

• Our key findings
• Your key digital design must dos
• A recommended timeboxed plan
